You will notice as you walk around the sanctuary that one group of dogs will accompany you up to a certain point and then fall back as you enter another group's territory. You know you have crossed one of those boundaries when adorable little Sara comes bursting up the slope to greet you, wiggling with excitement, and a nervous grin as she places her face in your hands, then disappears back into the brush. She is a free dog, but she is very attached to the dogs in the 3rd Pen. She hangs out in the brush right outside that pen and or goes inside so she can be close to them. The abuse she suffered in the past makes her ambivalent about people. Sometimes dogs that have been mistreated shut down and close off, but Sara's heart is open. She is sweet, but timid, wants your love, but feels overwhelmed by the attention when she gets it. She has been observing Foster Family visits, clearly wanting to be included. Sara will gain confidence and blossom with individual love and attention, which she will get a lot of from the twenty-four people in her foster family!

Barınma Merkezi'ne geldiÄŸinizde bir noktaya kadar belli bir grup köpeÄŸin size eÅŸlik edeceÄŸini ve baÅŸka bir grubun bölgesine girdiÄŸinizde onların geride kaldığını fark edeceksiniz. Tatlı küçük Sara’nın size yaklaşıp heyecanla kıpırdandığını ve gergin bir gülüÅŸle suratını ellerinize gömdüp sonra çalıların arasında tekrar kaybolduÄŸunu gördüÄŸünüzde bu sınırlardan birini geçtiÄŸinizi bileceksiniz. Serbest dolaÅŸan bir köpek olsa da, 3. alandaki köpeklere oldukça baÄŸlı. Genelde oradaki köpeklere yakın olmak için o civardaki çalılıklarda takılıyor. GeçmiÅŸte yaÅŸadığı kötü istismar tecrübesi onun insanlara karışık hisler beslemesine sebep olmuÅŸ. Bazen kötü davranılmış köpekler kendilerini izole eder ve kapatır ancak Sara’nın kalbi ardına kadar açık. Tatlı, çekingen ve sevginizi istiyor ancak ilgi gördüÄŸü zamanda bundan bunalabiliyor. Koruyucu Aileler ziyarete geldiÄŸinde onları gözlemliyor ve kesinlikle bir koruyucu ailesi olmasını istiyor. Sara zamanla güvenmeyi öÄŸrenecek, 24 kiÅŸilik kalabalık Koruyucu Ailesinden göreceÄŸi yoÄŸun bireysel ilgi ve sevgi onun geliÅŸimini olumlu etkileyecektir.
